The educational game "Minerals and Crystals" is designed for preschoolers to learn colors and practice comparing and matching objects with their silhouettes. Many kids love mysterious caves, gemstones, and all kinds of fairy-tale items, so this game topic catches young students' interest. All the game pieces — minerals, shadows, and colored circles — are cut out. The child picks a stalactite and finds a circle of a similar color (the color must be named out loud!), then finds the matching shadow for that particular stalactite. This continues with the next beautiful stone. The game is very simple, and the child easily learns colors and memorizes their names.
