ShuppuduTV is an online shop based in Baku: we sell books, toys, figurines and booklets for children and adults. We have no physical shop --- sales happen through the site, with delivery.

You need an account to place an order --- your first name, last name and contact number are required so we can reach you when the order is ready.

The minimum order value is 10 ₼. This threshold looks at the product value after discounts --- the delivery fee and gift wrapping are not counted towards it.

After you confirm, prices are checked against the database again. If a campaign has ended in the meantime and the total has changed, the order is not created automatically --- you see the new total first and confirm it yourself.

Only payment on the spot is available at the moment: to the courier or on handover --- in cash or by card. Online payment is not yet enabled on the site, so no card details are requested when you order.

By metro: 2 ₼ to the metro station you choose. The list of stations is shown in the basket.

Delivery to your address: available. The fee is not fixed in advance --- it is worked out for the address once the products are ready and agreed with you.

The delivery date depends on how long the product takes to make. We contact you on the day it is ready.

Because products are made to order, exchanges and returns are not available. Each order is made specifically for you and cannot be offered to another customer.

So please look carefully at the description, the size and the photos before ordering. If you are unsure, write to us --- we will answer every question before you order.

If a product arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us on the day you receive it --- we review and resolve such cases individually.

Only one code can be used per order --- promo code, loyalty card and invitation code share the same field.

A code discount applies to products that are not already in a campaign. The price of an already discounted product is not touched.

Mehrpul points can be used together with any code. Points are credited once the order moves to the "Completed" status.

The security of your account is your responsibility --- do not share your password with anyone.

Products added to the basket without signing in are kept in your browser for 1 day. If you are signed in, your basket stays until you clear it yourself.

When you register, campaign notifications are switched on automatically and can be turned off at any time from your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The texts, images and logo on this site belong to ShuppuduTV. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Product photos are illustrative. Handmade items may differ slightly in colour and detail --- this is not considered a defect.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms in force on the day you place your order apply to that order.
