Privacy Policy

When you create an account: first name, last name, e-mail address. If you sign in with Google, Google gives us only your name and e-mail.

When you place an order: contact number, delivery point (metro station or address) and your note to the seller, if any.

If you choose to give it: date of birth (for birthday discounts) and the delivery addresses you save.

The full list: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth, delivery addresses, order history, Mehrpul balance, the reviews and questions you write, and the messages you send us. We store no other customer data.

We do not collect card or payment data. There is no online payment on the site --- you pay on the spot, to the courier. Your card number therefore never enters our system.

We cannot see your password. It is stored directly by Supabase Auth in a form that cannot be reversed --- neither we nor anyone with access to the database can read it.

Only to fulfil your order, contact you and run your account. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising. To see which pages are viewed most we use a visit counter --- it does not know who you are, and it is explained separately below.

We send only service e-mails to your address: verification code, password reset, order confirmation.

When you register, campaign and discount notifications are switched on automatically. You can turn them off and on again at any time from your account --- no explanation needed.

E-mails about your order, the invoice and your password do not depend on that switch --- they are always sent, because they are part of the service itself.

Your basket: if you are not signed in, the basket is kept in your browser for 1 day and then clears itself. If you are signed in, the basket stays with your account.

Your choices in the basket (metro station, gift wrapping, note) are also kept for 1 day --- so that everything is still there when you sign in and come back.

⚠ The text of your address is not stored in the browser --- only its internal id. The address itself is visible only while you are signed in. The reason: on a shared computer (internet cafe, workplace) the next person should not see your address.

⚠ The name and address of the person you send a gift to are not stored in the browser at all --- that is a third party’s data.

The site runs a counter called Google Analytics. It tells us which pages are viewed most, whether visitors come from a phone or a computer, and how they reached the site. There is one purpose: to make the site easier to use.

⚠ Your name, e-mail and account details are NOT sent to Google. The counter does not know who you are --- it only records that "a visitor opened these pages". Order, address and phone data never reach this counter.

From what it collects, Google sees an approximate location (country and city level --- not an exact address), device type and browser details. For this, small files (cookies) are stored in your browser.

You can switch it off if you prefer: block third-party cookies in your browser privacy settings, or install Google’s own opt-out tool. The site works fully with the counter off --- nothing is restricted.

Your account and order history are kept for as long as your account exists. Orders are not deleted --- accounting and auditing require them; the status may change, but the record itself stays.

Messages sent through the contact form stay in the archive after they are answered, so that we can see the start of the conversation next time you write.

Only the ShuppuduTV administrator. In the database each customer can see only their own rows --- this is enforced by the database itself, not by the site code. So even if something on the site went wrong, one customer could not pull another customer’s data.

Technical services: Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (the site itself), Resend (e-mail delivery). They process data only on our behalf.

Google sees only visit statistics --- not account or order data. Details are in the "Visit statistics" section above.

You can view and change your own details in your account: first name, last name, phone, addresses.

You can delete your account yourself with the "Delete account" button in your cabinet. That removes your name, phone number, addresses, favorites, mehrpul balance and loyalty card. Invoices and order records stay, because they are accounting documents, and your reviews are kept under the name "Deleted user". For anything else, write to info@shuppudutv.com.

Although we sell products for children, accounts are opened by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
